About

I’ve always been into making things, but as the years went by, I was making less and less. That’s starting to change!

It all started back in the late ’80s. I got into painting miniatures, building terrain, and playing some games. Games Workshop and Citadel miniatures made a huge impression on me and I naturally fell into Hero Quest when it came out.

The hobby train derailed in high school when other priorities took over. The paints were boxed up and stashed in the basement. College rolled around and I still had some brain power for Hero Quest and collected some files online and even a few Warhammer Quest things, though I didn’t pursue any games with focus.

Cue the global pandemic and being locked in your home for months at a time. Out came the games, out came the minis, and out came the amazingly still viable paints!

These days I’m 3D printing minis and terrain with a Creality Ender 3 Pro and an Elegoo Mars 3. They’re both my second printers of their respective types. I’ve learned a lot along the way.

Along with the rest of the world I’ve started collecting the Warhammer Quest games that I’ve missed along the way, and I do buy some store-bought minis, they are superior to printed ones in some ways.

If only there were more hours in the day!
